Neto is the only Australian retail and wholesale management platform that provides a complete solution for ecommerce, POS, inventory and fulfillment.

Connecting Neto to your Fomo account takes a few seconds, and requires no coding experience.

Step 1 - Get your Neto API Key

We need 3 things to get started with Neto.

• Your Store URL
• Your API Key
• Your API Username

First, login to your Neto admin panel. Here are Neto's instructions on how to do this.

Your store url is always at the top of your browser's window.

It is everything before the "/_cpanel". In our case, it's https://fomo.neto.com.au.

Next, let's grab our username and api key.

Look for "Settings and tools" in the left sidebar and hover. Select "Staff users" from this menu.

There you'll see your admin accounts. Select the account you would like to use with Fomo. Make a note of the username you've selected.

Once there, you will see the API Key we need to connect with Fomo. If this field is blank, you may need to click "Regenerate". Remember to press "save" if you generate a new key.

Step 2 - Connect Fomo

While logged into Fomo, navigate to Notifications, click ‘Add Notifications’, then ‘All Notifications’. Search for 'Neto' and click to open the integration.

Click 'Connect'.

In the resulting page, punch in your store URL, the API key from Step 1, and the username from Step 1. Then, click "continue".

Step 3 - You're Done!

Fomo will immediately import recent orders from your customers.

Going forward, new orders will also be imported automatically.

Navigate to Notifications > Neto Order Template > Edit to modify the messaging of your Fomo notifications, with access to variables like {{ initials }} and more.

**If your Neto store is new, and you get an error when trying to connect within Fomo, the API User has not been created yet for your app. To do so, create a new API User, and use the associated API keys when connecting to Fomo:
