Handling duplicate BigCommerce orders
If you're seeing duplicate Fomo events from the same BigCommerce order, this may be due to custom edits made to your store's order statuses.
Please navigate to Orders > Order statuses and let us know if you've edited statuses across status descriptions:
If you're using custom order statuses (instead of the 13 defaults), we can modify how Fomo handles new orders from your store, to prevent duplicates.
