How to connect Intercom
Intercom is a customer messaging platform for sales, marketing, and support.
Connecting your Intercom account with Fomo is easy and does not require any coding experience.
Step 1
When logged into Fomo, navigate to Notifications, click 'Add Notifications', then 'All Notifications’. Search for 'Intercom', click to connect.
In the next page, click the orange 'Connect' button in the top right corner:

In the modal that appears, sign in to your Intercom account and click to Authorize Access.
Step 3
That's all!
Fomo will immediately begin importing new leads and closed support tickets to your Fomo account, which may be displayed on your website in real-time to create social proof.
