Fomo is currently working on updating our integration that connects Instagram directly to Fomo.

In the meantime, please follow these steps to connect Fomo with Instagram using Zapier.

First, navigate to your Zapier integration and click Add Template.

You can rename your template so you can find it easily when you connect it to Zapier later on:

Now go to Zapier and create a new Zap!

Your Trigger will be a new post in Instagram:

Below this step where it says Account you'll login to your Instagram Account.

Your Action will be to create an event in Fomo:

If you haven't previously set up Fomo with Zapier, you'll be asked to sign into Fomo at this step.

Now you'll add your Template that you just created and match the fields you want to display in your Fomo Notification.

We recommend the using the following field setup:

Test your event!

You should return something like this in Fomo. This is because you haven't set up your template yet. We'll do that now!

Click on Template next to the event:

Set up your template how you like it. We recommend including a call to action so visitors will click on your notification!

Return to Events and you'll see your latest Instagram post!
