Easy Digital Downloads is a leading Ecommerce solution for WordPress.

Connecting Easy Digital Downloads to your Fomo account takes a few seconds, and requires no coding experience.

Step 1 - Get your Easy Digital Downloads API Keys

Inside your WordPress dashboard, click "Downloads" from the left menu, and click the "Tools" sub-option. 

Under API Keys, click "Generate New API Keys." We suggest using a new set of API keys but an existing one should also work. We'll use this in Step 2. 

If you aren't able to generate keys, check under "Downloads" > "Settings" to make sure that users are allowed to generate API keys.

Step 2 - Connect Fomo

Inside Fomo, navigate to the Integrations tab and find Easy Digital Downloads by scrolling down or inputting "easy digital downloads" in the instant search field.

Paste your website URL, Public Key from Step 1 into the "Public Key" field, Token from Step 1 into the "Token" field, and click Enable Easy Digital Downloads.

Step 3 - You're Done!

Fomo will immediately import recent sales.

Going forward, new sales will also be imported automatically.

Navigate to Templates > Easy Digital Downloads Sale to modify the messaging of your Fomo notifications.

Note: Fomo will never modify any of your Easy Digital Downloads data, this integration is "read-only." This help article was adopted from EDD's documentation.
