If you've installed via the Shopify App Marketplace after March 17, 2021, you are on a monthly plan and can upgrade and downgrade by going to your Account tab, located in the bottom left corner when you click on the face icon:

If you've installed before March 17, 2021, you are on a usage-based plan and instructions can be found here.
