ReCharge helps you sell subscriptions on your Shopify store.

Connecting ReCharge to your Fomo account requires no coding experience.

Step 1 - Connect ReCharge

Log into Fomo and navigate to Integrations. Search for "ReCharge" and click to connect.

You'll be asked to log into your ReCharge account (if not logged in already), then forwarded back to Fomo.

NOTE: If you receive an authentication error message, ReCharge will need to give you access to the API. Please submit a ReCharge ticket asking for an "enabled API token creation page." Once this has been granted, you should be able to try this reconnecting again.

Step 2 - (Optional) Connect Shopify

We use Shopify to generate product links for your ReCharge notifications. If you haven't already, you can connect Shopify here.

This is an optional step and only necessary if you'd like your notifications to link to the product on display. This means a Fomo notification that reads "Susan just bought a subscription for Granola" will link to the granola product on your store.

If you don't connect Shopify, Fomo notifications will not have a link that points to your product.

Step 3 - You're Done!

After connecting, Fomo will immediately import recent subscriptions and orders.

Subscription events are created when a customer purchases a new subscription.

Order events are created after a charge is successfully processed. Orders can be a charge from a recurring subscription or a one-time purchase.

A "subscription created" Fomo notification looks like this:

A "order created" Fomo notification looks like this:

Going forward, new subscriptions and / or orders will be imported automatically.

Note: Fomo will never modify any of your ReCharge data.
